EVENTS:

The Kiwanis Club of Lehigh Acres cordially invites you to join us for an unforgettable evening of celebration and appreciation. Our annual Installation and Awards Gala will take place on Saturday, September 23, 2023, from 5:30 to 9:00 PM at the esteemed Westminster Golf Club in Lehigh Acres, FL. In this grand event, we will honor our outgoing and incoming officers and directors, while also welcoming the esteemed presence of the Kiwanis Club of Lehigh Acres.
To ensure your presence at this memorable occasion, kindly RSVP no later than September 14 by emailing us at LehighKiwanis@aol.com. The cost per person is $35, and a cash bar will be available throughout the evening.
In other news, we are delighted to announce that our fifth Thursday social meeting with the Rotary Club will be held on September 7, 2023. Following the timely departure of Hurricane Idalia, we have the perfect opportunity to come together for this joint meeting. We are honored to host Dick Rotardraffone, president of Collier-Lee Honor Flights for veterans, as our keynote speaker. Prepare to be moved by his heartwarming presentation, complete with captivating photos and videos that provide an insight into the profound impact of Honor Flights. Furthermore, we will be privileged to hear from Julius, our esteemed Rotary exchange student from Germany, who will showcase his fascinating life through an engaging slide show. To encourage interaction between our two clubs, we will also indulge in a friendly game of “getting to know you bingo,” with a fantastic prize awaiting the lucky winner.
